Modifying the mode of payment
In view of the fact that NHKV performs its invoicing and collection tasks on the basis of the data that are provided by the local public service providers, if you wish to modify the mode of payment that involves invoicing please turn directly to your present public service provider in the future as well, where you may select the mode of payment and have it recorded.

If you have a modification request, you may selectfrom amongthe following modes of payment in our systems at present:

  1. „yellow cheque” (cash transfer order)
  2. bank transfer (please indicate in the information cell the unique buyer (payer) identification number that is presented on page 3 of the invoice, on the top left corner)
  3. cash payment to the bank sub-account number (MKB Bank) (The bank account number allocated to the Public Service Provider of NHKV on page 1 of the invoice, in the left top corner).

Please indicate in the comment cell the sequence number of the invoice and the identification number of the buyer (payer).

e-invoice / the dijnet.hu system
For the time being the electronic online mode of payment (e.g..: the e-invoice, the dijnet.hu system) is not available to the clients in view of the fact that starting with April 1, 2016 the deployment of the national unified invoicing system will be carried out on continuous basis and with different schedules by regions. We ask your kind patience during the transitional period. All the modes of payments will be available to our Clients after the finalisation of our soon prepared new system that is under commissioning at present. If you wish to select an additional mode of payment please indicate your request towards your current public service provider.
Management and requesting the discounts
The conditions of entitlement to fee discounts invoiced for waste management public service is regulated by the regulation of the competent local government. Please ask information concerning the discounts that are effective at your settlement from your local government, and in the interest of enforcing it please turn to you public service provider, since NHKV performs its invoicing and collection tasks on the basis of the data that are provided by the local public service providers.
Possibility and conditions of implementing transfers from abroad
By giving the following data, you may transfer the waste management public service fee even from abroad:

Swift (BIC) code: MKKB HU HB

IBAN code: HUXX – select the IBAN code that is allocated to the public service provider, which is available at the following internet address: https://nhkv.hu/en/bank-account-numbers-unique-identifiers/

Bank account number: The bank account number allocated to your public service provider is available at the following internet address: https://nhkv.hu/en/bank-account-numbers-unique-identifiers/

Information cell: Please indicate the sequence number of the invoice and your Buyer (payer) identification number in order to allow proper identification.

Management of erroneous transfers (transfers to previous public service provider bank account numbers)
If you have transferred your waste transport public service fee by mistake to your public service provider after April 1, 2016, your statement is needed for carrying over the fee to NHKV. Please send the filled in and signed statement to your public service provider.

Management of erroneous transfers (transfer to a bank account number that is allocated to another public service provider by NHKV)
If by mistake you paid the waste transport fee to a bank account of NHKV that is not allocated to your public service provider, we will carry over the fee upon your request to the correct bank account number. For carrying the fee over please write the following data of the transfer to the email address: gazdasag@nhkv.hu:

  • the wrong bank account number and the correct bank account number
  • the bank account number allocated to the competent public service provider is available in the format of 10300002-10654068- 4902XXXX at the following internet address: https://nhkv.hu/en/bank-account-numbers-unique-identifiers/
  • the amount and the time of the transfer

Payment obligation, using the public service
Using the waste management public service and paying the public service fee payable for it are mandatory for the real estate user. Based on Section 38 (1) of Act CLXXXV of year 2012 on wastes (hereinafter referred to as Waste Act), the real estate user has to ensure for the public service provider the conditions that are needed for carrying out the waste management public service and it has to use the public service. Moreover, according to Section 38 (2) of the Waste Act, the real estate user has to pay a waste management public service fee for the waste management public service in line with the conditions that are defined in this Act and in the regulation of the minister.
